As a reformed Black Bean Brownie hater, these ones don't suck! They're high in protein, high in fiber and actually taste good!

Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 350 F (177 C).
Add the black beans, including the liquid, to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Add blended bean mixture to a large bowl.
Add in the brown sugar and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, add the cocoa powder, PBFit powder, vital wheat gluten, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Whisk together very well.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix together well. I do this by hand with a spatula but you can also use a hand mixer.
Add in the chocolate chips and mix well.
Dump the brownie batter into a square baking dish (I like to spray with a little bit of oil so that the brownies don't stick).
Bake for 30 - 35 minutes. I like to bake these a little less than what would result in the clean toothpick test because I like gooey brownies.
Allow them to cool for at least 30 minutes or so and they will set up a bit more.
