  • Pre-heat oven to 350 F (177 C).
  • Mix all the ingredients together very well, using a spatula or fork.
  • Split into four balls, flatten them out and lay them on a parchment-paper-lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 9 - 11 minutes.
