In a medium-heat pan, lay down one of your tortillas. Evenly spread the shredded cheese and the nutritional yeast.
Add the other tortilla on top. Allow to cook 2 - 3 minutes until bottom tortilla is slightly browned and cheese is starting to melt, then flip.
Cook for another 2 - 3 minutes and serve.
