Instructions
Empty a half of a can of black beans (I used no sodium added) to a bowl. Also add in some of the bean liquid. If you want it really saucy, add more. I usually add 1 - 2 tbsp.
Add the nutritional yeast and taco seasoning to the beans and stir really well until the beans are well coated. The nutritional yeast and bean liquid make a cheesy sauce.
Sprinkle the shredded vegan cheese on top.
Microwave for 60 - 90 seconds or until the cheese has fully melted.
