You have a couple of options here - either cook frozen fries (like I did, because I felt lazy), or save a few calories by making your own in an air fryer or the oven. Either way, cook the fries in this step, either by package instructions or however you like to cook homemade fries.
Make the High Protein Ranch Dressing Recipe above; you will only be using 1/3 of the recipe for these loaded fries unless you want them really ranch-y :)

Split your fries between two plates (this recipe make two servings). Add the cheese sauce, then the ranch dressing, and the bacon bits!
