In a medium glass bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir. Microwave again for 20 more seconds. Take out and stir. It should be fully melted by then, but if it's not repeat for another 20 seconds.
Stir in water and peanut butter powder. Will end up as kind of a frosting/fudge-like texture.
Mix in edamame puffs.
Spread out across candy bar molds. Should make six.
Put in the freezer or fridge for 10 minutes or so until they are set.
