Make the vegan queso per the recipe linked in the ingredients section.
Make the seitan steak per the recipe linked above.
In a medium-low heat pan, add your Just Egg liquid and cook. I like to continuously move the Just Egg around while it cooks so that it becomes a scrambled egg like texture
Assembly: Divide two servings of the seitan steak and the cooked Just Egg amongst the tortillas. Pour a little vegan cashew queso on each taco.
