I used store bought frozen friesbecause I was feeling lazy; you can get better macros/calories if you feel like making your own - here I used 3 servings of fries total

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 425 F (218 C).
Make the high protein cheese sauce.
Crumble tofu really well (I do this by hand).
Add in the seasoning and soy sauce and mix in well (I also do this by hand).
Spread across parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake in oven for about 15 - 18 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
You can also bake the fries at the same time; per package instructions.
Spread out your fries, and layer on the cheese sauce and crumbles.
