Notes
- Use a store-bought soy-free cream cheese option instead!
This Vegan Holiday Cream Cheese Dip is such an easy and delicious appetizer to bring to potlucks or family/friends gatherings! And since we use tofu for it, this also packs in a little protein too! If you don’t feel like making your own cream cheese, you could use store-bought; Miyokos works really well for this.

Ingredients
- High Protein Vegan Cream Cheese – I prefer to use this homemade vegan cream cheese that uses tofu, because it adds a little protein! If you’re short on time, you could use store bought instead. I have tried this with Miyokos and it works great!
- Green Onions – we will chop these very finely.
- Craisins – I like to use reduced sugar Craisins, because they’re a little less sweet and they have an awesome amount of fiber!
- Sunflower Seeds – I used roasted and unsalted, but feel free to use salted if you’d like it to be a little more salty/savory.
Instructions
- Make the High Protein Vegan Cream Cheese Recipe per link above. Or use whichever store-bought vegan cream cheese you like best (if you don’t feel like making your own).
- Finely chop the green onions.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sunflower seeds, craisins and chopped green onions. I just do this by hand with a spoon.
- Enjoy cold with crackers or you know, whatever you like!
- This dip actually gets way better if you allow it to sit in the fridge overnight – the flavors really disperse nicely, so I’d highly recommend making it the day/night before you want to enjoy it! 🙂
