If you are looking for the quickest breakfast option, check out the smoothie, smoothie bowl and high protein crepes! These all take under 10 minutes. The tofu scramble is my favorite breakfast for dinner meal. It’s got protein, fiber, and you can pack in a bunch of different veggies to change it up! 🙂
