This creamy and refreshing coconut dragonfruit smoothie is high protein and easy to make. Silken tofu gives it an extra creamy texture and ups the protein!

- 1 block Extra Firm Silken Tofu (Mori-Nu 12.3oz package)
- 1 1/2 cup Soy Milk
- 1 Dragon Fruit Smoothie Pack I used Pitaya
- 1 Coconut Fruit Smoothie Pack I used Pitaya
- 2 servings Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
Instructions
- Blend everything together until smooth and creamy

Notes
Soy-free Option:
- Omit silken tofu – if you want the same macros, add an extra scoop of protein powder.
- Use a different non-dairy milk instead of Soy Milk; I would recommend Oat Milk or Cashew Milk, since they are a little more creamy!
