  • 1 block Extra Firm Silken Tofu (Mori-Nu 12.3oz package)
  • 1 1/2 cup Soy Milk
  • 1 Dragon Fruit Smoothie Pack I used Pitaya
  • 1 Coconut Fruit Smoothie Pack I used Pitaya
  • 2 servings Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder

Instructions
 

  • Blend everything together until smooth and creamy

Notes

Soy-free Option:
  • Omit silken tofu – if you want the same macros, add an extra scoop of protein powder.
  • Use a different non-dairy milk instead of Soy Milk; I would recommend Oat Milk or Cashew Milk, since they are a little more creamy!
